Title: 2 Joysticks to 1 IPAC connection???
Post by: ItzMR2u on May 08, 2003, 02:00:24 pm
If I hook up 2 joysticks to the same player 1 connections on an IPAC, so I can use my rotary or a 4 way leaf as player 1 depending on the game, would that work?  Are there any confflicts that would arise?  Thanks

That should work fine as far as I know, I did the same thing w/ a keyboard hack. Both joystick will work at the same time.

just don't let evil friends move the other joysticks while you are playing. :)

A toggle switch somewhere on or under the panel to switch the ground from one to another of the joysticks could keep you from bumping the other joystick during play, ruining your game.

I used a on-off-on switch to switch the ground wires.  Works great.
