Hello,
I'm in the middle of a project and wondering what would be a better Led Driver Board.
I plan on using Mala for the frontend. All I really want to do is light up the buttons for the game selected that will be used for that game and maybe a little attract mode for when the game is idle. I have a bunch of super brite led's to use and I didn't want to get into having to install a resistor for every Led. Lighting around 30 buttons or so.
Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

If the LED's you have don't have resistors tacked onto them you are going to have to install a resistor for every LED no matter what board you choose.
Both boards will do what you want in MaLa (and in GameEx)
Basic difference Pac drive is smaller and cheaper but only 16 LEDS, The Led-Wiz supports 32 LEDS & varying Led light levels.

Arzoo's LEDBlinky will support up to 16 PACDrive's and it's going to be released soon, so you can use that in Mala if you want to use more than one PACDrive.

Just finishing up the documentation... I'll post the update some time later this week. ;D
By the way, I think the PacDrive only supports up to 4 devices, but Andy (Ultimarc) can do more if requested.
