;D ;D
Ok, so I am fairly new around here, but I am a good guy, and I am hoping that someone will hook me up here. I need a slot cutting bit for my control panel only. Everything else is already cut, and I would prefer not to buy a bit just for this little cut. Would anyone *LOAN* me their slot cutting bit? I will of course pay for shipping, etc..
If this sounds like something that you might think about, please email me at hevnsnt@i-hacked.com and I can give you all my info (including home/cell number so you can verify I am legit)
I will only need it for 1-2 nights, and then priority mail it back to you.
Thanks for your time and your help!

shipping to you, plus priority mail back would cost just as little less than the 12 dollar slot cutting bit. Spend the extra buck.

I thought they were $30+ ??
Where do I get it for 12?
-
You can get one from MLCS for $16. They have free ground shipping as well.

Look for the 1/16" 3 wing slot cutter.

Anyone know where to find one of these with a 1/8" shank? I don't have a router, but I have a router kit for my Dremel... but the smallest slot bit they make for it is for a 1/8" slot, which is too big for T-molding, I believe...

for a dremel, try using this bit. I've heard it works well:

Wow, that looks frightening... like some sort of medieval torture device! :o
