I've just bought my daughter a Disney Mix Max and I'm trying it out , I can transfer audio files onto it no problem , but when I try to transfer video files it just says no video files , I think it may be I'm using the wrong format ,most of my video's are AVI and in the instructions it says WMA or WMV files are needed , do I need to convert them ?? :dunno If so how do I do it ?? :dunno.
Anyone got one of these that could shed some light on this for me

You need to convert them to WMV.
I once used an unsupported and very rudimentary Windows Media Editor (?) to do this, but can't find either the file or a URL (and that computer has long since gone away).
I have also used, in the past, Blaze Media Converter (http://www.blazemp.com/) to do the same thing.

Windows now has 'Windows Movie Maker' installed as a default. You can open as an .avi and save it as a .wmv file. Simple.
