Yeah, but he is held in jail until his hearing due to being illegal. I sure hope they take their sweet time in scheduling him in. Odds are some bleeding heart group will step in and get him off scott free though.

There is a lot of room between your average pothead on a third holding charge and a guy with 150lb of pot in bags.

This reminds me of the story where the illegal immigrant dude had like $700lbs of drugs, and the border patrol shot him in the butt. The bad guy snuck back across the border, got free medical care, got a free lawyer, and now the border patrol guys are sitting in federal prison in what is still a murky case.
