Title: Help Identify this CP Overlay

I got these in the box with my Space Fever and DK Cocktail parts...  I thought it was an extra set for the Space Fever, but its different (at least Player 1 is and I can't get to see Player 2 yet due to too much stuff around   ;D)

Anyone know what they are for?  They seem to be for some side-to-side game, but not sure which

Actually, looks like its for a Radarscope cocktail...  Cool!   :)
