Title: Algol monitor CR-M-19VH question
Post by: ElGwako on November 06, 2007, 07:44:03 am
The monitor in a game i am trying to sell blew not long before the buyer was to show.  I would like to replace it but am a little confused by what the video connections are. I tried to do it on my own but have not come with a clean picture yet. Plus it looks like I am seeing  a stack of 4 displays. On any other game i would just trace the video outputs to where they need to go, however this is a game I have not found any schematics for yet. (Donkey King Jr, the bootleg of kong jr.)
I "think" I got the red blue green correct. It seems on the Algol it skips a pin between each connection.
I don't know, it's early and i got my daughter up my butt while trying to type this out. I may edit this soon but hopefully someone has a schematic for the ALGOL CR-M-19VH monitor or Donkey King Jr for that matter.

If it's the same as the one I have, yes, the RGB skips every other pin, with those in-between pins being ground.
