Post by: kjoel0123 on October 30, 2007, 06:51:19 pm
I am looking for the rs422 cable for "house of the dead" and both speakers. See pic for details. CN2 to CN2 on schematic.

If you can give me a better description of the cable, I might be able to make it for you.  I work for a company that makes custom cables, and we're familiar with RS-422.  I'm not as experienced with arcade games, and have never worked on House of the Dead - but if you can give me the names of the connectors, and a pinout diagram (or I might be able to get taht info from the drawing) I can probably help you.

Connectors are JST females. What particular JST type I am not sure of.  Pinout diagram is located here:

Its CN2 to CN2 on the wiring diagram.  Thanks

The diagram you sent shows two connections - but the picture shows six.  Which one do you need?  :)  If you need one cable, JST-6 plug to JST-6 plug, you'd be better off buying the parts (http://www.digikey.com has them) and doing it yourself - we can certainly make it for you, but it'll be cheaper for you to do it.
