Title: unshielded subwoofer and monitor question

how far does the woofer has to be from the monitor ? I just found out my subwoofer isnt magnetically shielded and its about 2 ft away from the monitor. there is no visiable damage or anything but I wanna know if its safe around the monitor. thanks in advance

I was just kidding...  as long as you don't see any distortion in the monitor while both are on, I would think it would be ok.
