Title: A lttle help please

Could anyone please help me fix this image , I'm going to use it for my CP overlay but the writing would have to be moved as the CP has a rounded bottom .It would have to be one third from the bottom to work , or it could be removed completely and new text inserted ,eg Minnie Mouse . Only problem is I have no idea how to do it , so any help would be fantastic.

Don't know of you still need this or not...

You'd get far better results with this image as a CPO if you traced it into vector format before having it printed. I would probably correct the colors of the cartoon character's face too, rather than having the translucent pink overlay over everything.
