Title: What's a moon patrol worth?

I want to buy a moon patrol from a friend, but want to give him fair value for it.  What's a  moon patrol with a broken monitor worth?  I have the replacement monitor to put in there, so that's no big deal to me.  The t-molding needs some help, maybe replacement, and the joystick probably needs a little bit of love.  It's been on location pretty-much it's whole life, and is an appropriate condition for being so.
