Title: Happ rottary restrictors

I have 2 happ optical rottary both have circle restrictors - its normal base is Happ Super/iL Compact Joystick.

I bought on E-bay 2x NOS Happ mechanical rottary joystick.
both have square restrictors it is normal? new Happ Rottary Joystick have square restrictors also?

or iL long ago produced once Super Joystick with square restrictors?
