Go to www.dafont.com
Once there you can preview fonts.
The best part is you can type in the word "Bally" and you will get a preview to find a good match.
Once you find one, they are FREE downloads!

Did you try localarcade?
There are several Bally logo's there (search for "Bally"). For instance the Bally Logo by Zorg (http://www.localarcade.com/arcade_art/r204.search.htm)
