Title: Homer vs Peter Griffen, how do you set this up?

I came across this video on youtube:

and just thought it was a very well created clip using some video editing (similar to photoshop) to create.

I did some more research and found this site:

but you may need Babel Fish or some other utility to translate it http://babelfish.altavista.com/ (http://babelfish.altavista.com/) (Spanish to English I think)

So, my question is, this looks like it is Street Fighter based, but does anyone know how to get it to run?
Is it something I could load on my PC?  (I'd like to create a separate instance, I have MAME Street Fighter, but don't want to corrupt it)

I'm still doing research, so if I do figure it out, I'll post back too.

But how does it play?  It can't possibly be balanced, can it?

What kind of horsepower is needed in a computer to run this well? I know you need 1ghz or better to run Streetfighter and the like in MAME, is this similar?

I'd say if you can run the street fighter stuff fine, you should be fine with Mugen. I don't know exact specs but it seems on par with most fighter games.

I'm going to try setting this up tomorrow nite.  Anymore sites with additional characters (not the normal SF stuff).

Some of the Mugen characters win at the press of one button, there is nothing limiting their power.
