I think I can use that.  Some questions.

1.  Is that useable on a Super Pacman?
2.  Is it metal or wood?  My SPM is metal...
3.  Where are you located?

I think I can use that.  Some questions.

1.  Is that useable on a Super Pacman? not sure, its from an original pacman cab

2.  Is it metal or wood?  My SPM is metal...   Metal with wood backing

3.  Where are you located? northeast mass

Heres some pics of the overlays:

Crap, I didn't realize the original center hole is still there.  Listen, those overlays are worth more than the panel.  I suggest selling them separately, you might be able to get the $50 you want.

As for the panel, I still would like it, but just to experiment with, would you consider a lot cheaper price to mail to 31005?

I don't know if you have the ability to do this, or want to do it, but if you can plug the button holes and turn it into a 2 player 6 button layout just like the Street Fighter II cp layout, i'll buy it.  Looks the like joysticks are fine where they are, as well as the 1p and 2p buttons.

I'm in Omaha, NE.  I know it's heavy to ship, so that might just kill the deal.  If you can come down on the price, let me know...otherwise no big deal, maybe it's better off as a local deal.

Can you remove the wood from under the panel to save on shipping, as i'm sure that's the majority of the weight?

Well, here's the thing...i have a Pac-man MAME cabinet with a normal pacman control panel.

I'd like to be able to switch it out with a 2 player 6 button layout for when friends come over so we could play some of the 2 player games.  Would it still fit the cabinet without the wood?  I'm not even sure what the purpose of the wood underneith is.

We may need to check with a pacman cabinet expert

yeah...well i guess if you can find out what the price difference is between the 2  to ship would help.  If I need the wood, i figure I can just attatch a piece of wood i have laying around here, especially since i'm redrilling the holes anyway.  If the price difference to ship is only a couple bucks, we might as well ship the whole thing.

Unless you plan on drilling joystick mounting holes into the metal you will need the wood.  The joysticks attach to the wood and the wood is attached to the metal.

If those joys are Wico leaf switch, you might have better luck if you remove them, clean them up a bit , and start a new thread titled something like Rare Wico Leaf Switch Joys - Best offer.
The shipping would be reasonable for just the joys and you'd probably end up further ahead.  Just my $.02
