I just received a coin door that I won on Ebay. It's in great shape except it doesn't have the bolts for the frame. Does anyone one know where I can get these? Thanks.

Just a bump. Anyone?

aNY HARDWARE STORE
ack(stupid capslock)
Ive got a pretty standard door that had 4 square holes(1/4"), 1 on each side of the coindoor frame. The wood that is surrounding it was 3/4" same as the rest of my cab.
So I got some carriage bolts that were 1/4" in diameter(of the square part) and 1"(i think, maybe 1-1/4") On the inside I used some rubber washers and really cranked it down with regular 1/4" nuts
Eventually I found some store that carried the size I needed in black- previously I just had silver and never bothered to paint them

Since I wasn't worried about anyone breaking into my cabinet to steal the money I just used black machine screws that I got from lowes. Also I had to cut the opening for the coin door so there weren't any pre existing holes from where a coin door used to be.

I thought they used a type of bolt that had a tab on the inside that turned out to hold the frame. Similar to the way the lock works.

Different coin doors mount in different ways. Most square ones mount with carriage bolts. Over and under doors mount with bolts screwed in from the back and through the tabs you are talking about. I dont know of anyone that sells the tabs. Let me look when I get home today to see if I have any laying around. I'll PM you tonight.
