Title: Sell the whole arcade, or just the PCB?
Post by: Zeno on October 08, 2007, 02:45:47 am
Okay... I have a D&D: Shadow Over Mystara that I want to sell.

Should I try to sell the entire machine on Craigslist for around $400, or should I just sell the CPS II board?

I wouldn't mind keeping the monitor and cabinet.  It is great for MAME.

If I sell the CPS II board, how much do you think I can get on ebay? I never see this game on ebay and I'm not sure if that is a good thing, or a bad thing.

Some rough price suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks all!

I'd guess in the $60-$100 range for the A+B board set.

Just for the record, an "arcade" is made up of many arcade machines, not one.

Just for the record, an "arcade" is a long arched building or gallery.

but we all know what he means.

unfortunately, you'll always make more money by parting out a machine.  being willing to sacrifice number of potential buyers and $$$ shows a love for the game(s).

I was very disappointed as a kid when I finally went into the "Huntington Arcade" and there wasn't a single damn game... ;D
