Title: Wells Gardner - D9400 - Setup Questions for Mame
Post by: nlosure on October 06, 2007, 09:35:31 am
I have a Wells Gardner - WGM2794-U0FS05S
27" Flat Model D9400 Digitally Controlled Monitor. RCA CRT. Includes VGA and Power Cables. Frame Type: Universal (UO)

What do I need to do to get the video to display from my computer on it?  It has VGA built into it.  Do I need to use powerstrip on it?  I thought it worked right out of the box.  It displays no signal on the screen.  What am I missing here?  I am in need of some help.  Thanks!

What video card are you using?

You are probably feeding it a resolution it doesn't support.  Try setting your desktop to 640x480 using a PC monitor, and then hook up the D9400 and reboot.

PS you should probably get an ArcadeVGA video card if you don't already have one.
