do you know how to get new mugen character?

I'm looking for fun character like Homer, the family guy, ...

Any hints?

Torrents, you can just download like 5gb or more at a time.

You can get all those cartoon mugen characters from WARNERS site, however the original characters arent that good to play with. They have MVS verions of them here:

just serach through the database.
