I'm hoping I just got a bad product and this isn't poor planning on my part.
I'm just about finished with my second mini cabinet and I built it mainly for my dreamcast. I ordered a dreamcast vga from ebay and hooked the dc up to my shiny brand new LG L1933 LCD monitor. Didn't work. I tried it 2 other LCD monitors and had the same result. No signal. (I did try the DC on a TV to make sure the thing was still working and it is) Can I even play a dreamcast on an LCD monitor or does it have to be a CRT monitor?
Hopefully, I just got a cheap cable and will have to invest in a more reliable product.

I use mine on an LCD TV, and I have a hacked VGA box for the arcade monitor.

sounds like it is modded for 15K and not vga check for cut wire's on the inside of the box or if pin #6 on the cord plug that goes into the console has been snipped or not also check the DC's A/V port for any pin damage.

I'll check for snipped wires. Thanks.
Has anyone heard of compatibility issues with certain monitors? From what I understand, these should work with any PC monitor with VGA inputs...
