Title: idiots at the post office what did i do wrong?? is it my fault or theirs?

hey guys there was major screw up at the P.O. i brought 3 package's to be mailed payed for shipped and now a week later passes and then i go there to get my mail and low and behold i have a letter from the P.O. stating i had 2 packages that were waiting for me..

i go pick it up thinking its my stuff from clublive.com i know wishful thinking they still owe me a copy of vista.

the package were 2 members stuff on here.

a stick of ram
an
a coindoor set

i went into the post office and was told apparently i didnt pay enough for the shipping fee's she tried to tell me i weighed them wrong..i was like how is that if one guy already got his stuff but 2 people didnt..

she then said i had to pay for shipping again as i lost my receipts she said she could not do a refund on shipping i was like wth??

firstly i think they should deliver the packages as i have already payed once..and now i am going to have to pay them again just to get things done right,.

i am 100% p'd at these turn of events i highly doubt i will be using the usps anymore for delivery of my stuff to buyers again.

Sorry to hear about that.

Always keep your shipping receipts.  :dunno

I've had far more troubles with UPS than I've ever had with USPS, and I've not even used UPS half as often.

Lousy to happen to you, but yeah, if you weighed them wrong and didn't pay enough, they're under no obligation to just send the packages off. I'm sure the one got sent because payment was fine with it, but I guess the other were off.

Did you print out your own shipping labels and weigh at home?
If that is the case, then you have an online log of paying, right?
