Title: WTB: min. 100 simple leaf switches (w/o anything)
Post by: :oj on September 25, 2007, 08:26:27 am
I'm looking for leaf switches for 2-way joysticks. Have a look at the picture for needed measures, these aren't a must be but a recommendation. Please send a PM for everything you can offer :)

He is wanting them for 2-way joys though havok.. I picked up 50 leaf switch's and button holders all NOS for 110 bucks (2.20 each). How much are you wanting to spend :oj? I havent decided yet but I may not be using these on my cab. If I do I may sell these for 2 bucks each + shipping (~5-7 bucks to the states). If you are interested let me know. It would be the full leaf switches + button holders but you could remove (unscrew) the leaf switches from the button I assume (I havent measured them and dont know if button switches are longer or shorter than leafs on joys but I would think they would be the same ill have to look tonight).

Thanks Havok, but this switch isn't what I'm searching for.

@Neilyboy: I need 100 pieces at least but probably more (200+). That means that I really, really only want the switches without any attachment to save shipping costs. That way $2.20 isn't the price I expected, sorry  :-[

Yes, but in the thread Randy stated he will be providing joystick versions as well...

...I should read more carefully ;)

Well, the leaf switches should be combined (by myself) with a strap of spring steel (dont know the exact word), which centers the joysticks. I have no clue how to solve this with Randys switches.

I don't know if what you're looking for is here but they have many different leaf switches. It's worth a try.

Thanks Neil, I'm going to contact the seller...

@Encryptor: AFAIK Wico shut their doors 1 or 2 years ago, unfortunately.
