Title: Any space invaders experts?

I just recently picked up a original Space invaders, that has an issue, &
I am not sure where to start.  I was thinking it was a monitor issue, until I realized the previous owner messed with the vert/horiz controls, & brightness. 

So, I can the images stabilized,  & I am guessing the problem is in one of the other boards.    It doesn't accept credits, & has no audio output.

Here is a video to what I have on the display.  This is the only thing it will do.     Any thoughts?
