Title: Mamemarquees.com order
Post by: nic8612 on September 15, 2007, 01:47:25 pm
Soooo, I ordered a marquee from mamemarquees.com about a week ago.  My order still says processing.  Anyone have a clue as to how long it takes for them to print and ship my marquee?

My order had shipped and arrived and the order page still said it was processing. Scott normally ships out within a week of placing your order, so I would imagine your order is winding it's way through the shipping process right now.

I'm currently waiting on my artowrk for Rolling Thunder. When I went to check, he had this on the main page:

"We have had a couple concerned customers lately with how long it takes to recieve an item.  It takes roughly 5-7 days to print, laminate, pack and ship your item, plus the chosen shipping time.  Some countries such as Australia are now inspecting 100% of imported items and it is taking 10-15 days to go through customs.  And Canada is always a crapshoot.... Please plan accordingly.  I will update our FAQ soon with this info."

Scott's a great guy and shows it in his great customer service.  He tries his best to keep people informed, as shown in his main page where he addresses this issue.  No worries!  It will come!  :-)

This isn't like ordering from bestbuy.com.  Scott doesn't have an army of people working for him.  Your order may not update until it has shipped.
