Title: Mamemarquees.com order
Post by: nic8612 on September 15, 2007, 01:47:25 pm: Soooo, I ordered a marquee from mamemarquees.com about a week ago. My order still says processing. Anyone have a clue as to how long it takes for them to print and ship my marquee?

Post by: Joystick Jerk on September 15, 2007, 03:51:41 pm: My order had shipped and arrived and the order page still said it was processing. Scott normally ships out within a week of placing your order, so I would imagine your order is winding it's way through the shipping process right now.

"We have had a couple concerned customers lately with how long it takes to recieve an item. It takes roughly 5-7 days to print, laminate, pack and ship your item, plus the chosen shipping time. Some countries such as Australia are now inspecting 100% of imported items and it is taking 10-15 days to go through customs. And Canada is always a crapshoot.... Please plan accordingly. I will update our FAQ soon with this info."
