its a laminated piece of paper, I bought one ages ago when I had a mortal kombat 1 cab. fitment wasnt ideal, I saw them listed on ebay like 2 days ago, try again soon, Im sure they'll be relisted

I think that you are thinking of this guy...  search for item 200154554731, then his other items if that's not the one you want.
