Title: KLOV forums - how do I sign up??

I was wanting to sign up to the klov forums so I can use the search function.  Unfortunately, there is not a sign-up page. When you click the new user link, it sends you to a generic webmagic page and tells you to choose the site you wish to sign up with. When you click the klov link it just takes you back to the main klov page. What gives?? I just want to search people! :banghead:
