Title: Japanese Donkey Kong artwork?
Post by: ataritoobin on September 10, 2007, 06:30:24 pm
Does anybody happen to have scans of a Japanese Donkey Kong instruction card, or coin entry stickers (from any '80-'83 Nintendo game should be fine)?  Decent pictures would be fine too.  Thanks!

Ah, man!  Sorry about that.  The harness currently in my cab is basically just something I threw together, having the bare essentials wired up to a home made edge connector, and was the last bit (besides an original back door) that I need for mine too :(

I'm trying to find/print the correct instruction artwork for mine, since all the repro stuff is the same variation of artwork  :-\

here is a repro that i bought on the left and the original artwork from an original CP from '81 on the right. I do not have a scanner here but I can get ahold of one if needed.

i went ahead and re-created the original instruction card in pshop.. since the repo was not even the same color.. ill be posting the original psd file in my donkey kong restore project thread as soon as I get around to it. Here is a layout preview of it.
