Title: Removing "Continue/Exit" option?

When you press escape, some games require that you select whether you want to exit or continue.  Is there a way to get rid of this so that you automatically exit?

That's a feature in advancemame, I'm pretty sure... It's called "safe exit" or the like...  (unless I'm confused).  You can disable it, but I don't have the answer off the top of my head...

confirm which mame you are using and peruse the .rc file and if you are still stuck lemme konw..

This apply in ADvmame called safe exit.
Take a look at the advmame.rc file

input_safeexit no

you probably have it
input_safeexit yes
