I recently got a new motherboard for the donor mame PC so that I could have a VGA slot for my arcade VGA.
I swapped out the ram/proc, and hooked up all the other necessary things such as the CD-ROM drive and HDD.
Plug in my JPAC to the jamma harness, plug in the VGA cable from JPAC -> ArcadeVGA's slot.
Plug in a regular PC monitor to the DVI slot on the arcade VGA.
When I power up, I get no video on either, it almost seems like the HDD isn't ever really booting. I get power lights on the CD-Rom/JPAC/other USB things.... So its doing something, but not enough.
God I can't wait to have this thing working

Take it a bit at a time.
Did your new MB boot with a regular video card or onboard video?
Do you get the boot beep from the PC speaker?
Did your HD ever boot with this new MB?
Is the HD formated and set up to boot?
What OS is installed on the HD?
