$50 shipped in the main 48 usa states gets all of this.  All others will add to price according to your location.

Compac
Motherboard
P3 processor
usb ports for the front
power switch for the front
cd/dvd drive
power supply

All you need to add is a vid card, sound card, your favorite arcade cabinet, and stick of ram and it's good to go. PM if interested, will also consider trades.
