And before u say google is ur friend... I already tried it and all i got was version 1.5 the new version is 1.7

What exactly does this do?  And does it work on all Dreamcast models?

Watch the video for a description.  The Dreamcast doesnt need a custom bios to run backups/ homebrew.  This is for region switching, logo color changes.
