Title: Name that Mame Game HELP!!

I played a game on mame a while back, since then I have made some changes and do not have the history anymore.:banghead:

It was a neo-geo looking game (eye-candy)

sort of like anime olympics
you had to dodge these missiles coming at the screen
shoot at the pop-up water monsters and
some sort of wall climb between 2 buildings in a certain amount of time

If anyone knows what it was my son and I would be greatly pleased.  :cheers:
