Title: Rejuvenators

I've read a little on tube rejuvenators and know they can test color guns. What else do they do? Will they fix the darkness (yes I've done a cap kit) and severe burn-in of my monitor?

Darkness, maybe.

Burn in, no (nothing short of a new tube will fix that).
