use the search
the model that seem to be the choice is Act Labs I believe. There are a few threads up right now.

I have a midway blitz cabinet with 27" tv running dvi to component. I went with two lcd topguns. I didn't think you could use the act lab guns with component connections only svideo or vga (15pin d sub). Basic wiring is very simple plug in a gun to usb. Connect the light bars to a plug on the gun. I changed mine up a little bit I used a usb cable off an old mouse to power the light bars. That way I could easily add a switch to turn off the bars when they are not in use to extend their life. So my wiring goes usb to switch to m plug to light bars. Guns and recoil are all ran off a separate usb cables off the same 4 port card I added. Since I was running the light bars separate I could just plug the recoil into the guns but I had the cables and ports available so I ran them dedicated. Mounting the light bars was the most difficult for me, measuring is not my stong point. I cut holes in the front of my bezel and mounted the bars to the underside with automotive trim tape, so you just see the led lights from the outside not the whole strip. As I mentioned earlier I suck at meausring so it didn't come out quite as nice as I would have liked but still look very good and are hardly noticeable. Some people whine about the distance with the top guns but I have found I can stand 3 or 4 feet back and they work fine. I would recommend them. I like the way they look and they work great plus I like the recoil action. I bought mine from play-asia.com came to $106 for a pair shipped to Nebraska.

I second the lcdtopguns. Currently they are the most versatile and most accurate arcade guns available for mame. There is a huge 45 page thread covering the lcd topgun use.
The act labs aren't as popular as they once were since the topguns were released.

using component out LCD top guns are going to be your only choice. There are ways to use component out (i have a 52" rear projection running on it with 2 Guncon2's) but are very tricky and most people can't seem to get it running.
that having been said, you could simply just switch to composite or svideo and use act-labs or guncon2s
