Title: Anyone remember this tank game?

Late 80's maybe early 90s game. It was in a thinner cab, vertical monitor, the view of the game was overhead and you had two stick controls with triggers to control the tank. I remember you could get the tank to shoot upwards and have some sort of target.
I've searched KLOV and nothing rings a bell. I used to play this game all the time and for the life of me can't remember it now. It's driving me nuts! :banghead:
