Hello,
on my counter, I have a counter (under the cash box).
It's some sort of 12V "diode". Everytime there's a pulse from the coin switches, the counter increment.
Since it's there, I'd like to connect it.
The thing is that the switches are using 5V from the keyboard encoder.
Any advices on how to connect it?
PS: I don't have the camera right now, so I can't post a picture of it...

Do you not have credit buttons on your cabinet?

Search is your friend. In any case, here is your link (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=52711.msg523251#msg523251).
Enjoy.

Thanks fatfingers.
I was a bit lazy and ask right away. I sould have done the search. Sorry :dunno

Yes, I have some "hidden" credit button.
However, since the counter is there, I might as well hook it up. It will be more authentic ;)
Also, I intend to use the arcade as a piggy bank for my "all inclusive" vacation (cuba/mexico/...). They counter will allow me to quickly evaluate how much
I have in my bank.
But, as you said, that counter is not essential...
Cheers!
