Title: Cocktail-Project for two opponents
Post by: Luigi on August 13, 2007, 06:03:31 am
Hi.

We have a very large cocktail table (25"-monitor). Once it has been "No man's land" http://www.arcade-museum.com/game_detail.php?letter=&game_id=8898  but it was crippled to a Exciting-Soccer machine with additional holes in the controlpanels. The plexi on the panels was very damaged and hard to peel off. The only thing that could be saved is an instruction card.

What I'd like to do:

I'd like to make it a 2-Player-Cocktail with a game that two people can play against each other. The tube is vertical.

Since I ripped the panels off I'm totally free with the controls (sticks, buttons, spinners, trackballs, etc.).

Does anybody know a game that matches all things I said?

If I don't find an arcadegame I wouldn't mind to fit in a PC with a PC game or something other emulated.....all I need is the name of the game :)

How about:
invad2ct  Space Invaders II (Midway, cocktail)

Kill the aliens and kill your opponent before he kills you  ;D.

Cheers,

 :o Heck..you are right !!

Meanwhile I'm somewhat stuck at Blasteroids. I have two spinners left and I could arrange the buttons on the panel so that SI2 can be played, too ..... or with the spinners :)

Thanks for the hint!
