Title: U360 restrictors, hard spring, etc
Post by: hellothere123 on August 07, 2007, 06:04:56 pm
1) To install the restrictor, do you have to screw them into the bottom of the controller?
So you sorta have to stick to one or the other?

2) Reccommend hard spring?

3) Is there any way to map the joystick so it acts as a mouse?

I was thinkning about making a restrictor plate for the top of the joystick, basically made out of plastic with interchangeable plates, one for 2 way, 4 way, 8, etc. It would allow the joystick to slide up, d, l, r only in a 4way restrictor.

1) disassemble and screw
2) yes
3) yes

Don't think anyone's made a top restrictor for the u360's yet.  Oscar (Controls) used to make top restrictors for other joysticks... FWIW

Does anyone have a link to make a joystick act like a mouse?

It's part of the u360's firmware.
