Title: Connect my PC to my TV???

I have a 27" TV with Svideo and Component.

What do I have to buy to connect first Svideo

and Component?

What video card should i look for?

You just need a standard S-video cable for S-video output from your video card:

For the component output, you'll need one of the listed ATI card in this link:

As well as the component adapter they sell.
And of course a component video cable:

Just a guess...

hellothere, are you sure you mean component (3wire) and not composite (yellow)?
