Title: Wg monitor k7000 white screen
Post by: thunder-rolling on July 31, 2007, 12:28:46 pm
Hi,

I've set up this monitor. When I start it up, the screen is green, then changes to white.
Is there something I missed or is there something seriously wrong here?

Hi,

Power source isolation transformer and JAMMA print were tested ok. I did this yesterday with an identical monitor (two out of one Final Lap cab) and all worked fine.
I did the wiring exactly the same, so the trouble must be with the monitor. The colour wires are setup right and the sync is set up the same as yesterday, so that should be fine too.

Thanks alot. So a cap kit and checking for bad solder joints could be helpful?

i guess so,but the fact you get a green screen then a white screen points towards more complex problems, can you make out any graphics during these screens-no matter how faint?
