Title: Wells Gardner NTSC Decoder 85x0311 DY-I-O

I've got a Wells Gardner NTSC Decoder, model 85X0311.  Anybody have the documentation for this thing?  I'd like to know what models of monitor it work on, input types it'll take, etc :).
