Title: Fair Price for Track & Field Cocktail?

This guy lives in my town but he's asking $1,300 - I'm guessing about $300 would be fair but I really have no idea...

1300 wow.... he does have new overlays and those run around 100 bucks...I am going to take out a policy on mine if it sells for that.
