I have been trying to get Mala (v1.0 RC9) to start on Windows start-up for the past few days. I have tried selecting the Mala start-up option and also placing a shortcut to Mala in my start-up folder. Everytime I start the machine, Mala says it cannot find my LEDWiz.cfg file. If I quit Mala and then re-launch it, it has no problem finding the config file.
Does anyone have an idea what I am doing wrong?
Thanks,

You could try modifying the shortcut properties and change the "start in" field to the folder your mala is located in.
If you go the shortcut in your startup folder route, you probably want to remove the "start mala on windows start" option from within mala itself, as I'm not sure which one would get precedence.

I have tried the following ways of starting Mala at Windows start:
1. Creating a shortcut to Mala and placing it in the Startup folder.
2. Selecting "Start Mala at windows start" in the Mala options.
Both of the ways above I recieve an error that Mala cannot find my LEDWIZ config file or any Mala Plugins.
Has anyone else ever had this problem? If so how did you fix it?
Thanks,
Kid

Sounds like a 'current directory' issue that I thought I fixed ???
maybe the updated version is not on the MaLa Website yet. Hang on I will have a look.
