I basically need a pacman style metal control panel drilled for a two player six button layout (similar to the street fighter II layout) with 1 and 2 player buttons at the top. Could anyone do this for me? I don't have the necessary tools to do this.
I also don't have a control panel. If someone has an old pacman style control panel and could drill it up for me, i'd pay for the service and the cp (i have the buttons/joysticks already). Otherwise i could buy a cp, ship it out and pay for just the drilling service, but this would increase shipping costs.

Where are you located? I have the tools n'at to get you fixed up. I could even build you a panel from scratch if you like.

i'm in omaha, ne. The MAME system i have is a pacman cabinet, so the control panel would have to fit that exactly, that's why i was thinking the easiest thing to do would be to get an existing control panel from a pacman and go from there, but if you could make one that would fit good, i'd be interested.

I'd like to jump in line next if you can do metal. I need a panel for a Super Pacman with new holes to my specs.

If you can get me some dimensions or the acutal panel to roll off of I can do it.

Sounds good, i'll see if i can get some dimensions this weekend for you.

I'm leaving town for a few days (so I'll get you the details when I get back) but where do you live and how much will this cost? Thanks.

I live in a suburb of Pittsburgh PA. It's not going to take very long since it's a simple flat CP (or an angle cp for some of them, depending on how you want it) but I need dimensions to see how much the metal is going to cost. I have the tools to bend it and a metal hole saw and good drill bits to drill the holes, so that won't be a problem. Once I get some dimensions I'll be able to get you guys a price, but it won't be much more than materials and shipping.

Well, I took a look at the panel and now I have to ask if you do any welding? It has like three parts that are welded on as latches for the lock down bars.
Man what a pain in my but! I think the best thing would be to find another CP, have you drill new holes and if possible, weld some over? What do you think?

Yes, I can weld as well. I can also cold weld with structural adhesive so there's no warping and fill it in with fiberglass and sand it smooth. The CP, is it just a flat panel, or does the metal fold over and come down like a ms pacman?
