Looks nice, but why do you have four coin mechs, but only two players?

My guess... the price was right

Nice bezel, is it custom??

I like it.

and so he can light them up and it spell out M A M E (one letter per mech)
Very clean, very nice, best button layout. the ONLY "flaws" in my eyes are:
coin buttons up top next to start buttons, could have wires buttion behinds the coin slots
no labels for the 5 buttons in the middle (no directions sheet on the bezel for them either)
other then that, its quite stellar, I especially like the wolverine pic in the marquee

That is so cheesy... yet I still love it.

thats actually the original bezel that came with the machine lol, i havn't gotten around to making a new one.

and the reason i have 4 coin mechs, is because the cabinet was a 4 player machine i think it was a captain american machine prior to being converted to die hard.
-
Whats left to do? I have a few suggestions that would give it a more "finished" look, although it could be considered done as is.
Around the monitor install some instruction cards, or artwork.
Put some diamond plate along the base of the cabinet. It helps protect the cabinet and would match the CP.
I know it's already done, but the amount of admin buttons is a bit distracting.

Lose the green, orange, and purple buttons. I originally diversified the colors too much and it made everything look scattered and unrelated. I would make all the admin buttons black and the 7th buttons yellow if you want them to stand out a bit, otherwise, blue. Everything else looks nice.

Mine's the same. Was a 4 player machine at one time, so it has 4 coin mechs.

looks great! different colored inserts for each of the coin slots on the coin door would look good if you have the time. also maybe change the bolts on the coin door to black to match the door.
looks real polished

hatrick, looks like a data east cabinet, just like mine :)

hehe...yeah, they do look the same. I'm not sure what mine is.
It was a Simpson's 4 player converted to a 2 player Soul Caliber before I got it.
Yours look really good, by the way. I forgot to add that to my above post.

Looks great. Had I done it I wouldn't have used so many button colors, of course that is a taste thing and I am a fan of mono colored control panels where everything (or almost everything) is the same color. Usually that means either all red, all black or all white. Although sometimes I will contrast the color of the sticks with the button colors. I always use colored start buttons, but you can't normally buy those. I got a metric ton of the stickers from whoever made them a few years ago, I probably made at least 20 machines that had them. I am out of them now though.
