Looks like the "Rounded Marquee" version of the cabinet... the yoke controller is cool.  I haven't played the game though...

The yoke's worth a good portion of that.
The game's OK.
I probably wouldn't pay that much personally though.

The Yoke (if it works properly) is probably worth $150 to $170.    Coin door (if it works) is probably worth $20 to $25.   The cabinet (if in good shape) is probably worth $25 to $40.  If the monitor works, you probably could cover the rest of the cost.   

I guess it depends on what you plan on doing with the cabinet, how much you like the game, whether you plan on selling parts of the game, etc....
