And you're questioning whether or not people made personal attacks on Foley?   :dunno

I'll save you some trouble:  they did.  A lot.  Then they did it more.

--cream-filled twinkie--.

--cream-filled twinkie--.

I think the second one is a personal attack, while the first is a kinder gentler version of "idiot ::) ".  Or maybe it's an "I'm riding a horse on the beach" version.  Or a "not so fresh" version.

Meh.

---meecrob---.

I think it matters how long the member has been here and how you would take that comment depending on what you know of that member and the member being called that. At the point i have been here it is just a word used in the p and r section and loses some meaning after awhile among older members.

You're reminding me of a stand-up comic I once heard.  Their shtick was about how people in the South (US) can say whatever they want, as long as it's followed by "bless your heart".

So for example: "grantspain, you're such a little cockchomper, bless your heart."

You saw Jon Reep live too huh? His act was funny and still surprisingly clean. Best I've seen IMO.  I hope he wins Last Comic standing. I can't stand it when stand-up acts tell a totally crappy joke, then drop a few f-bombs to get a shock laugh.
