Title: Can't get my 4th player to work...

 :banghead: I cannot for the life of me figure out why my player 4 won't work.  My players 1, 2, and 3 work just fine, but not 4.  I have an IPAC 4 and I'm running mamewah.  Does anyone have any ideas?  I know thats not much info to go by, but please ask me any more info you need.  I really want to get this working.  Thanks.

I know it is hooked up correctly, because I can go into Notepad and move the Player 4 joystick and push the Player 4 buttons and it will show the keys I am pressing.  But when I load up games in Mamewah, Player 4 won't work.

did you check mame? push tab? i would check that.

I have to admit, I don't know how to do much of anything.  Press tab?  When would I press tab?

turn on any mame game, when its on, click on tab, chose the first one Input General. Depending on what version of mame you are using look for the player 4 inputs.  Look for player 4 start...press enter...press your player 4 start button....player 4 coin...enter...  press player 4 coin button....player 4 up..enter..up on joystick.... down... right .. left.. .button 1....so on so on
