Does anyone need a converter that will let you use PS1/PS2 controllers on Xbox or Gamecube? I have one that I don't need.

I'd be interested, as the one I've got doesn't seem to work with my steering wheel (Fanatec Speedster 3).
Can you tell me the manufacturer?

It's this one.

Thanks for the offer Shmokes but I think I'll leave it. Someone else will be able to make better use of it than me.
I don't own a Gamecube and from the review it appears the adapter is a little flaky. If it doesn't work with some genuine PS2 controllers then it's unlikely to work with my wheel.

When you use it on the gamecube does it emulate the joystick or the dpad? If it does the joystick then you just helped me figure out something for a new cab Ive been struggling with.
And I may not get a chance to actually reply till the weekend. This is one of the few fourms I can check at work but I do not log into it for obvious reasons.

No idea. Only thing I ever used it for was to play Xbox DDR with my PPS DDR pad. But I just gave away my Playstation and DDR during my move to Florida, so I neither have any use in this thing, nor do I have any PS pads with which I can test to answer your question. It's yours if you want it, though. Wouldn't be but a few bucks shipping. Normally I wouldn't ask for anything, but my wife and I are struggling for a while until we recover from this move. Moving is really, really, ungodly expensive.

If nobody else wants it, I'll toss a couple bucks at you. I'll wait until thenomeking gets a chance to reply.
I bought a couple Game Elements Xbox/Gamecube (and USB if you open it up and add the cable) adapters, but neither of them work right.

Thank you for the offer but I actually wont have time to fiddle with anything like this until next year, do to somethings that just came up. So Darkbubble its all yours. Though in the future if you could see if it works the way I need it to I would be much obliged.

Unfortunately, I don't have a Gamecube. If I get a chance to try it out with one, though, I will.
shmokes, I guess I need to shoot you an addy or zip for shipping estimate? That's assuming, of course, that no one else has hit you up via PM.

Um...is it still available?
