Title: Does anybody offer re-capping services?

I have a small 9" monitor from an Arachnid Super Six that needs to be re-capped and a small power supply that works, but is really humming, so I assume the caps are about to blow?

Is there anyone I can send these to for repair?

Isn't power supply hum an inductor issue?
